Uusien jäsenien kunniaksi informoimme taas Jyväskylän fyysikkokerhon tekemisistä ja suunnitelmista tulevaa lukuvuotta ajatellen. Alkuun voimme iloksemme sanoa, että syksyllä kerhoon on liittynyt 26 uutta (tai vanhaa) jäsentä, jotka toivotamme lämpimästi tervetulleeksi kerhoon. Liittyneille tiedoksi; Jos et ole saanut jäsenkorttia niin niitä saa fyysikkokerhon tapahtumista tai sitten voit tulla rohkeasti nykäisemään johtokuntalaista hihasta niin etsitään sellainen. Sitten enemmän asiaan.
 
Ajankohtaista:
* Fyysikkokerhon myyntitavaroiden tilausta on jatkettu viikolla. Tilauksen uusi päättymispäivä 9.10.2022 klo 23.59! Meiltä voit tilata t-paitoja, pipoja tai mukeja legendaarisella kissalogolla. Kylmenevään talveen löytyy myös lämpimiä huppareita fyysikkokerhon logolla ja kissalogolla varustettuna. * Fyysikkokerhon kuukausittainen saunavuoro. Olemme suunnitelleet Jyväskylän fyysikkokerholle omaa kuukausittaista saunavuoroa fysiikan laitoksen nanosaunalle, mutta tässä on pieni ongelma. Kerholla ei itsessään ole varaa maksaa saunan varausmaksua, mutta saunan varaus on fysiikan laitoksen henkilökunnalle ilmainen, joten tämän hetkinen suunnitelma on siis sellainen että hankkisimme henkilökunnasta "saunakummeja" jotka varaisivat saunan käyttöön (maksutta) sovittuna ajankohtana ja tulisi itse myös paikalle. Nämä saunakummit kiertäisivät vuoronperään ja näille saunavuoroille fyysikkokerho laatisi sitten tietynlaisen ohjelman (saunaluennot, lautapeli-iltoja, speedrunia, pikkujoulet tms.). Tällöin saataisiin luotua lisää henkilökunnan ja opiskelijoiden välistä vuorovaikutusta ja mukavaa tekemistä. Jos siis olet henkilökunnan jäsen ja olisit kiinnostunut toimimaan saunakummina, niin laitathan viestiä matalalla kynnyksellä sähköpostiin aiheena "saunakummi": puheenjohtaja at jyfk.fi [mailto:puheenjohtaja at jyfk.fi] .
 
Muuta:
* Saunaluento - podcast löytyy spotifystä ja nettisivuiltamme kuunneltavaksi. Saunaluento - podcastissa haastatellaan fysiikan laitoksen henkilökuntaa ja opiskelijoita heidän omista aihealueistaan. Edellisessä jaksossa haastateltiin Tuomas Lappia, joka kertoi kvanttiväridynamiikan tutkimuksesta. Seuraaviin jaksoihin etsittäisiin myös vuoden 2022 keväällä kandidaatiksi valmistuneita (tai juuri maisterinopintoja aloittaneita) henkilöitä kertomaan omasta kandidaatin tutkielmastaan ja siihen liittyvästä prosessista. Jos kiinnostuit, laitathan viestiä  aiheena "Kandijakso saunaluento-podcast" sähköpostiin: puheenjohtaja at jyfk.fi [mailto:puheenjohtaja at jyfk.fi] . In honor of the new members, we will again inform you about the activities and plans of the Jyväskylä physicist' club for the coming academic year. Current affairs:
* The order for the physicist' club's sales goods has been extended for a week. The new end date of the order is 9th October 2022 at 23:59! * Physicist' club's monthly sauna shift. We have planned for Jyväskylä's physicist' club its own monthly sauna shift in the physics department's nanosauna, but there is a small problem here. The club itself cannot afford to pay the sauna reservation fee, but the sauna reservation is free for the staff of the physics department, so the current plan is that we would get "sauna godfathers" from the staff who would reserve the sauna for use (free of charge) at the agreed time and would also come there themselves. These sauna godfathers would take turns and for these sauna shifts the physicist' Club would then prepare a certain kind of program (sauna lectures, board game evenings, speedruns, little Christmas parties, etc.). In this case, more interaction between staff and students and pleasant things to do could be created. * Sauna lecture - podcast can be found on spotify and our website to listen to. In the Sauna lecture - podcast, the staff and students of the physics department are interviewed about their own subject areas. In the previous episode, Tuomas Lappi was interviewed, who talked about the research on quantum color dynamics. In the following episodes, we would also like to look for people who graduated with a bachelor's degree in the spring of 2022 (or who have just started their master's studies) to talk about their own bachelor's thesis and the related process.
