[Tutkielma-TeX] jydiss 1.17

I just released a new version of jydiss, a LaTeX document class for
typesetting licentiate and doctoral theses to the university library
publication unit's guidelines.

In git, the new version is tagged v1.17.

This release contains the following changes:

– Add optional support for origdate usage in citations in biblatex
– Document that biblatex does not support citing included articles

A previous unannounced version (1.16) contained the following change:

– Ignore extra pages before abstract in page count
