[Tutkielma-TeX] jydiss 1.13

I just released a new version of jydiss, a LaTeX document class for
typesetting licentiate and doctoral theses to the university library
publication unit's guidelines.

In git, the new version is tagged v1.13.

Release 1.13 introduces experimental support for biblatex and biber.
Since it is experimental, the biblatex support may contain bugs and
infelicities, which may (or may not) be quite severe.  In the long run,
however, the use of biblatex is recommended over BibTeX.

Release 1.12 introduced a change to how block quotes are formatted, now
following the PU guidelines better.

Release 1.11 was a minor documentation update.
