contains:

Several bugfixes (thanks to nezer for reporting the issues).

Close \fi in enumerate environment
Disable \chapter after \appendices
Fix index handling
Changed the space allocated to Algorithm label

Also the following miscellaneous change:

Updated documentation: natbib does work with loar option nowadays.
