[Tutkielma-TeX] empty index page in Ph.d Dissertation

I sent two bug reports to the mailing list before

I don't even remember what by now

one was correction for having more then 10 algorithms in your thesis 
and the other removed some cryptic error messages

I attach my jydiss (which I call 1.81 based on 1.8) and you can compare
