[Tutkielma-TeX] Another bibliography style

Hei,

I am a student of the School of Business and Economics, Exchange Student. I was very happy this afternoon to find a Latex template of your department. The only thing I couldn't figure out so far, is, how to change the bibliography style. We need to do it the following way (Smith, 2010, p. 34)
Is there a way to change the natbib style? Or can I somehow turn off the JY-diss bibliography thing and use for example the style "agsm"?
