I found another bug. I put the test case in git, it's about the three
bib:DeFalco2007{,b,c} entries. Natbib complains:

Multiple citation on page 4: same authors and year
without distinguishing extra letter,
appears as question mark.

I don't understand what makes these three any different from the Glover
case from before :(
