[POTKU] New Potku version released

-file for the new Potku windows package (just unrar and run potku.exe).

As a very short, partial list, of new updates:
Sum spectra now possible for different ion energies,
automated export of sample concentration to recoil atom distribution,
warnings if multiple same element cut files is selected while plotting depth distribution,
ToF calibration can be updated afterwards,
loading of detector settings now works (some room of improvement still exist however),
possibility to use zero foil thicknesses (eg for second timing foil and E detector to speed up the MCERD calculation),
possibility to plot the efficiency files,
Manual range limits in depth profile graph now work properly and
Paths to potku2.ini, eff-files and request can now be easily found in the global settings, among others.

It is most recommended to use the latest version, which works also with recent older project files.
Unfortunately no ready Mac Os version yet, I'll try to push that soon for the mac users, although github is always there for linux, mac and windows users for most recent, rolling updates.
