[POTKU] New version of the Potku available

Dear Potku e-mail list users.

New version of the Potku Software is available on potku www-pages (practically the late May 2019 version):

Potku was also updated at the Git hub page and current version was updated to the Master branch (but the main development work continues on the development branch).

What is new compared to the 2018 December version:

- MCERD side now has automated fitting option, so that the (preselected) concentration profile can be auto-fitted to the measured experimental spectra.
--- some "not-polished" features exists in this still, like simulation needs to re-run for if this is selected, even there would be ready simulations.. + some other
--- BUT the automated fitting gives 2 options for the fit which more or less gives two resulting curves: "higher concentration with thinner film" and "lower concentration with thicker film" from where user can select the best or continue by oneself..

- couple of user friendliness-related defaults modified
- quite many minor bugs corrected compared to the 2018 December version.

feel free to comment the current version or future options.. Even if you want your own DAQ output(files) to be directly compatible with Potku, you can reply, and we can discuss the options, how to realize those...
