Linkin hallitus valitaan aina vuodeksi kerrallaan, ja uusi hallitus
valitaan Linkin syyskokouksessa. Syyskokous pidetään tänä vuonna
maanantaina 11.11., ja kutsu kokoukseen lähetetään jäsenistölle
lähipäivinä.<br>

Hallitustoiminnasta kiinnostuneille järjestetään kuun aikana kaksi
epäformaalia tapahtumaa, jossa kaikki kiinnostuneet voivat tulla
paikalle ja saada ensikäden tietoa nykyisiltä ja entisen hallituksen

Löydä seuraava uusi seikkailusi vetovoimaisilta IT-alan
rekrytointimessuilta Jyväskylästä 5. - 6.11.! Viidettä kertaa
järjestettävät DuunIT-messut pidetään Jyväskylän yliopiston
IT-tiedekunnassa joka syksy. Messut tavoittavat kymmeniä alan yrityksiä,
joihin juuri sinä saatat työllistyä, sekä noin 3000 kaupallisen ja
IT-alan opiskelijaa ja tulevia alan huippuosaajia. Tapahtumapaikkana
toimii tyylikäs kampusrakennuksemme Agora.<br>

Muistutus siitä Kattila on yhteinen opiskelijatilamme ja sen siisteys on
kaikkien edunmukaista. Kattilassa löytyy kierrätyspisteet paperille,
pahville, tölkeille/pulloille, sekä biojäteastiat ja normaaliroskikset.<br>
Kattilassa on kahvinjuontia tai muiden virvokkeiden juontia varten
yhteisiä sinisiä ja punaisia kahvikuppeja jotka tunnistaa Jyväskylän
yliopisto Tietotekniikka logosta. Näiden kuppien käyttö edellyttää sitä
että käyttäjä pesee kuppinsa käytön jälkeen. Pesua varten löytyy pieni
sankko jossa on pesuharja ja astianpesuainetta. Tämä koskee myös niitä
joilla on oma kuppi Kattilassa. Kupit täytyy palauttaa niille varatuille
paikoille puhtaina.<br>
Kattilassa on myös muuta yleishyödyllistä tavaraa joita saa käyttää
kunhan palauttaa tavarat niiden oikeille paikoille käytön jälkeen. Näin
yleinen siisteys säilyy ja kaikilla on kivaa.<br>

of Representatives is JYY’s parliament, which makes decisions on some
of the most important issues regarding the Student Union. Students
elect the 41 Council members in elections organized every other year.</p>
<p style="margin:10px 0px;padding:0px;color:rgb(117,117,117);font-family:Helvetica;font-size:16px;line-height:150%;text-align:left">Council
of Representatives makes decisions on issues such as rules, budget,
financial statement, loans and construction. The Council also elects the
Student Union’s Board, the Chair of the Board and the most important
JYY employees, such as the Executive Director and the Editor-in-Chief.<br>

A friendly reminder that Kattila is our shared student space, and its
cleanliness is good for all of us. There are multiple recycling points
for different materials, from plastic to paper etc. For the free coffee
offered, there are some shared mugs that you can recognize from their
color (black and red) and that they have the University of Jyväskylä
logo on them. If you use these mugs, it's expected that you will clean
the mug after use. For this, there is a small bucked containing a brush
and dish washing liquid, and there's a bathroom with running water just
next to Kattila.<br>

The IT-faculty will be hosting a movie night once a month from October
to April! The movies are selected from a large pool, so every time will
be different! The event is free for everyone.<br>
