Arvon fyysikkokerholainen,

Olet sydämellisesti tervetullut Jyväskylän Fyysikkokerhon kevätkokoukseen vuosimallia 2025! (Ei se kertoma.) Kokous järjestetään totuttuun tapaan Nanosaunalla (YNC330) maanantaina 17.2. kello 18 alkaen (ovet aukeavat kello 16). Muiden asioiden muassa kokouksessa äänestetään merkittävistä muutoksista kerhon sääntöihin (katso liitteet). Ennen itse kokousta saamme kuitenkin nauttia Heikki Mäntysaaren esitelmästä, joka käsittelee kehitteillä olevaa elektroni-ioni-törmäytintä (EIC). Esitys voidaan pitää joko suomeksi tai englanniksi yleisön mieltymyksistä riippuen. Kokouksen jälkeen pääsemme itse asiaan eli saunomiseen, joten ota halutessasi myös saunakamppeet mukaan!

Tapahtuma etenee siis seuraavan kaavan mukaan:
16.00 Ovet aukeavat
17.00 Heikki Mäntysaaren esitelmä EIC:stä
~18.00 Fyysikkokerhon kevätkokous 2025
~19.00-23.59.59 Saunomista

Kokouksessa käsitellään mm. seuraavat asiat:
- palkitaan vuoden 2024 parhaat gradut
- esitellään vuoden 2024 vuosikertomus
- esitellään vuoden 2024 tilit ja tilintarkastajien lausunto
- päätetään tilipäätöksen vahvistamisesta ja vastuuvapauden myöntämisestä vuoden 2024 johtokunnalle ja muille tilivelvollisille
- äänestetään yhdistyksen hallituksen ehdottamista sääntömuutoksista
- valitaan 0-3 lisäjäsentä johtokuntaan.

You're cordially invited to the Jyväskylä Physicist Club spring meeting of 2025! (Not the factorial.) The meeting is held at Nanosauna (YNC330) on Monday 17.2. starting at around 18 o'clock (the doors open at 16 o'clock). Among other things, we will be voting on significant changes to the rules of the club (see the attachments). Before the meeting proper, we get to enjoy Heikki Mäntysaari's presentation on the Electron-Ion Collider (EIC), a new type of collider currently under development. The presentation can be held either in English or Finnish based on the preferences of the audience. After the meeting we get to bask in the heat of the sauna (not mandatory), so bring your sauna gear along!

~18.00 The Physicist Club spring meeting 2025
~19.00-23.59.59 Saunaing & löylying

In the meeting we will go over the following matters:
- award the best Master's theses of 2024
- present the annual report for 2024
- present the accounts and auditor's report for 2024
- decide on the confirmation of the financial statements and the granting of discharge from liability for the 2024 board of directors and other accountable persons
- vote on the rules changes suggested by the board
- elect 0-3 additional members to the board
