On tullut aika järjestää fyysikkokerhon sääntömääräinen syyskokous vuodella 2024. Kokous järjestetään tällä
kertaa FYS2-luokkahuoneessa perjantaina 13.12.2023 alkaen klo 16.15. Tila sijaitsee fysiikan laitoksen kolmannessa kerroksessa.
 
Syyskokous alkaa noin kello 16.30 liitteenä olevan esityslistan mukaisesti. Kokouksessa käydään vuoden 2024 toimintasuunnitelma läpi, esitellään talousarvio vuodelle 2024, päätetään
jäsenmaksuista vuodelle 2024,  päätetään johtokunnan palkkio vuodelle 2024, valitaan puheenjohtaja ja
muut johtokunnan jäsenet vuodelle 2024 sekä valitaan yksi (1) tilintarkastajaa ja yksi (1) varamies. Näiden lisäksi käsitellään kokouksessa muut esille tulleet asiat.
 
Kaikilla osallistuvilla jäsenillä on puhe- ja äänioikeus. Tähän kokoukseen kannattaa osallistua mikäli järjestötoiminta kiinnostaa! Tapahtumassa fyysikkokerho tarjoaa naposteltavaa. Kokoustilan on varannut saunakummi Jouni Ruotsalainen. Paikalle pääsee kello 16.15 alkaen.

WHY: You get to hear about the club's activities and tune into the Christmas spirit!
 
The time has come to organize the regular autumn meeting of the physics club in 2024. The meeting will be held this
times in the FYS2 classroom on Friday 13 December 2023 from 16:15. The space is located on the third floor of the physics department.
 
The autumn meeting starts around 16:30 according to the attached agenda. The meeting will review the 2024 action plan, present the budget for 2024, decide
membership fees for the year 2024, the remuneration of the board of directors for the year 2024 is decided, the chairman is elected and
other members of the board for 2024, and one (1) auditor and one (1) deputy are elected. In addition to these, the meeting will discuss other issues raised.
 
All participating members have the right to speak and vote. You should attend this meeting if you are interested in organizational activities! At the event, Fyysikkokerho offers snacks. The meeting space has been booked by sauna godfather Jouni Ruotsalainen. You can get there at 16:15
