On tullut aika järjestää fyysikkokerhon sääntömääräinen kevätkokous vuodella 2023. Kokous järjestetään tällä kertaa Jyväskylän fysiikan laitoksen nanotalon saunalla, toisin sanoen nanosaunalla torstaina 23.2.2023 klo 16.15. Nanosauna (YNC 330) on varattu kello 16.00 alkaen. Saunalle pääsee nanotalon pääoven vasemmalla puolella olevasta sivuovesta soittamalla ovisummeria ovien lukossa ollessa.
 
Kevätkokous pidetään liitteenä olevan esityslistan mukaisesti. Kokouksessa käydään vuoden 2022 toimintakertomus, tilit ja tilintarkastajien lausunnot läpi. Näiden lisäksi päätetään edellisen vuoden johtokunnan vastuuvapautuksesta, palkitaan valitut (3) gradua yhteistyössä fysiikan laitoksen kanssa sekä valitaan lisää henkilöitä mukaan johtokuntaan tarvittaessa. Kaikilla osallistuvilla jäsenillä  on puhe- ja äänioikeus. Kokouksen jälkeen saunalla on luvassa vapaamuotoista saunomista eväiden ja lautapelien kanssa. Tämä on hyvä hetki tulla tutustumaan kerhon toimintaan!

WHY: You get to hear about the club's activities and take a sauna.
 
The time has come to organize the regular spring meeting of the phycisist' club in 2023. This time the meeting will be held in the sauna of the Jyväskylä Department of Physics' nano house, in other words, in the nanosauna on Thursday 23rd February 2023 at 16:15. The nano sauna (YNC 330) is reserved starting from 16.00 o'clock. The sauna can be accessed from the side door on the left side of the main door of the nano house by ringing the door buzzer when the doors are locked.
 
The spring meeting will be held according to the attached agenda. The 2022 activity report, accounts and auditors' statements will be reviewed at the meeting. In addition to these, a decision will be made on the discharge of the previous year's executive board, the selected (3) graduates will be awarded in cooperation with the physics department, and more people will be selected to join the executive board if necessary. All participating members have the right to speak and vote. After the meeting, there will be free-form sauna sessions with snacks and board games. This is a good time to come and get to know the club's activities!
